  先日、新宿西口のビッ○カメラにてＰＣを購入・・・
  その際に、データカードを同時に購入しました。

  初めて購入するデータカードなので説明を受け、購入して
  家に帰り起動・・・・
  電波が来ない。

  玄関まで行けば・・・かろうじて繋がるが・・・

  購入した店舗から自転車で１５分ほどしか離れていない家なのに
  お店では、サクサク繋がっていたのに・・・

  不振に思い月曜日にイーモバイルに電話・・・込み合っていて繋がらない
  火曜日も同様に繋がらない・・・
  そして今日やっと連絡が取れ、詳細を説明・・・

  すると担当の『カワダ』と名乗る女性は・・・
  『玄関で繋がるなら、玄関でやってください・・・』と言い放つ！
  『玄関で繋がるなら、ウチの端末に問題はないですから』と強気の発言！
  私が一度自宅に来て状況を見て貰えないかとお願いしたが・・・
  『そんな事に人件費を使うつもりはない』と言い切る始末・・・
  仕方が無いので、解約をするしかないかなと思い
  一番使用する部屋での使用環境が悪いから解約を申し出ると・・・
  『じゃあ違約金４８０００円払ってください！』
  違約金制度ってある意味恐いね・・・。
  『契約書にサインしたのですから』と言われてしまえば
  大抵の人は、我慢して環境の悪いカードを毎月高い料金で使用しなければ
  いけないと思う。
  購入したけど繋がらない、でも解約も出来ない・・・
  理不尽な解約申し込みではないと思ったが・・・
  そこで・・・

  なぜ？同じ区内でお店では繋がって家で繋がらないのか？
  購入した店舗に聞いてみた・・・
  すると驚く答えが！
  お店の売り場には電波を引き込んでいるからサクサク繋がるらしい・・・
  購入時にはそんな事は一言も言っていなかった！
  区内で一軒家であれば大丈夫と言いながら店内で繋がる様子を見せられれば
  疑いなく購入するでしょ！
